It's a Democratic strategy to mention the Koch brothers as much as possible. They're doing this because in their infinite wisdom the Supreme Court equated money with free speech, allowing donors of either party to buy influence in government.
The Koch brothers have spent a lot of money to spread misinformation about climate, though. The B.E.S.T study was apparently a bad investment for them, though.

Well you clearly do not understand. You see, the conservatives get their money from evil corporations. The liberals, however, get their money from good corporations. Similarly, conservative politicians are the spawns of Satan, whereas liberal politicians are the saviors of the planet. The liberal politicians represent all that is good and holy in this world, while the conservative politicians represent all that is evil. Liberals are made of sugar and spice and everything nice, while conservatives are made of slugs and snails and puppy-dog tails.

Harry is an expert liar, just like Hitler referred to. And there are some dim-wits out there who will believe him. That is what Hitler described as 'traces'. These guys know what they are doing. And, of course, we do too. But Harry wasn't talking to intelligent people, he was talking to mindless environmental zombies. I'm sure the Dorkster believes that the earth is ten degrees hotter, due solely to the Koch Bros.
In reality they may have raised the temperature 0.000000000000000000000000000001 degree C. Of course that is an estimate.
And how much has the Koch Brothers raised the level of the oceans? Are the Koch Brothers responsible for those AGW cultists getting stranded on the ship in the antarctic ice since they claimed the increased ice in the antarctic summer was caused by global warming? Are the Koch Brothers responsible for the record breaking cold weather in the eastern half of the US this last winter? And are the Koch Brothers to blame for all that lingering ice causing havoc with shipping on Lake Superior?
