1. Increased extreme weather - Hurricanes, etc.
2. Changed climate patterns, i.e. Droughts in the summer, Floods in the winter. Mention the effects of this on agriculture - Droughts - Crop failure etc.
3.Coastal areas will be flooded as sea levels rise - mass evacuations of coastal towns etc.
4. Inland areas will become more crowded due to point number 3.
The human environment, is the man made environment - cities, settlements of any kind. Its basically asking you how our lives will be affected by climate change.
P.s. Im not sure why all the other answers seem to imply climate change doesnt exist. It does. It doesnt have to be man-made, it can be natural climate change. Whether you believe it is man-made or a natural process, it does exist (mainly aimed at the comment above me!)
