It's not so much climatic as social. Americans are notorious for over-bathing. Then, we have to moisturize because we have removed the protective oils from our skin. There ARE climatic factors, of course. Where water is scarce, people shower less (and frequently need it less). Hot, wet climates require more frequent showering. Either that or stinking. Many choose the latter.
i live in a cold climate. i shower every day. actually one sweats a lot in all those coats and stuff so you really can't get away with showering that much less. however, too much showering does dry out the skin, and so does the cold, so its not good to shower more than once a day in a cold environment. in the summer, its easily necessary to shower twice a day, so hot!
Not exactly true, but less often than in warm countries, I'm British but live in Philippines and need to shower at least twice a day here.
In the UK you can wear the same pair of jeans for a week, but here it is too hot for me to wear jeans and I have to change clothes everyday at least.
People who live in the far North, like Inuit, Eskimos, Sammi, Mongolian nomads never shower.
If true, I'll bet those folks slather on the deodorant.
No. If its too cold they generally take baths.
wtf, no lmao, where did u here that?
