Why wouldn't COP be open and above board?

I like gringos quote "money that is voluntarily provided by countries", like the money that give was collected voluntary. Yea, right.

When you quote it just like that without providing any context whatsoever (as you have done very single time you've used this quote), it sure raises questions.

As Trrevor already pointed out to you one year ago, that particular quote comes from a paragraph about "money that is voluntarily provided by countries for implementing Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Action (NAMA) policies". Furthermore, you are quoting from a draft document, a draft which was changed substantially. In the final version, the last line ("not be subject to measurement, reporting and verification") was dropped completely.

Don't believe me? Check for yourself: http://unfccc.wikidot.com/iiib-par-86-93

Furthermore, the agreement has put sufficient checks and balances in place to assure proper accountability. http://unfccc.wikidot.com/iii-b-mitigati...

But why bother with real facts and verifiable links when you can fearmonger and quotemine all you want?

They are well-known for their Socialistic agenda at the UN. A "One World Government" under their guidance. Maybe Communism is on their agenda too?

I assume you are talking about UN "conference of parties" well obviously they must have something they need to hide from us.

"A separate pool of funding to finance national coordinating bodies through a direct line item in the secretariat’s budget shall be established. Such support shall not be subject to measurement, reporting and verification."
