Let me say that I sign the 'petition', then what? The sight doesn't specify. I could be signing up to support the Communist Manifesto, for all I know. Sure. Start by shutting down all of the Arctic research stations. They should certainly be finished drilling holes for core samples...etc. by now. Plus the need for icebreakers would be diminished.
