Overpopulation is indeed a serious problem. The solution however ius not simply attacking population.
We need to educate the disadvantaged to at least a middle school level. It has been proven that a woman with education has less children by choice. and part of that choice is her determination to see that her child/children receive an education
In addition to education, we need to make sure women everywhere have adequate healthcare and reproductive healthcare including available contraception
Feeding the poor and providing nutritious meals for children in tantamount. Proper nutrition for kids nourishes the brain and makes learning easier
Feed the hungry
Educate the underprivileged
Educate women
Provide reproductive healthcare
Then we are doing something about population

the best solution has to be contraception, but due to religious and some difficulties with supply and demand of the products this is impossible.
so the most obvious solution has to be to treated the water supply with a contraceptive an idea once suggested in a science fiction film.

Once man gets control of other men, the other men become a liability. According to our Constitution (The US) a government is there to serve the individual. Thus the 'other men' in this situation are not a burden or liability, but an asset to the government and other men. When any man states 'overpopulation', he is admitting failure of the form of government which does not adhere to our Constitutional type of government..
The greenies are admitting failure of their methods by doing this. Their only answer to their made up environmental problems are draconian measures, of course, which they control. This is clearly stated by Susan Blakemore, a UK Guardian science journalist: "Finally, we might decide that civilization itself is worth preserving. In that case we have to work out what to save and which people would be needed in a drastically reduced population – weighing the value of scientists and musicians against that of politicians, for example."
There is no overpopulation problem, only an overly fear of losing control by the ruling elite.
