Basically, the world isn't better or worse either way. It's only humans that think these things are bad. Nature doesn't notice anything is off, because all of it's systems are playing out exactly as they always do. Humans are part of nature, so everything we do is, in fact, natural. We just happen to be an organism that consumes it's host. But we are evolving into a symbiotic species so it'll probably all work out if everyone gets their s@#$ together and start managing resources more intelligently.
All the bad stuff would happen to Earth even if humans were not here: earthquakes, volcanos, hurricanes, droughts, floods, forest fires due to lightning strikes, plate tectonics, asteroid strikes, coronal mass ejections, species extinction, etc.
Yes, it may be true the humans might make some of those slightly worse while the majority we have absolutely no control over. And there is an aspect where humans are making things better as well. Your question doesn't make sense. It appears your beliefs have been skewed somehow. You have a very pessimistic outlook and a somewhat exaggerated belief of the extent that man can influence nature.

So basically it will be better to have humans on the earth, more than not having them. Its just the world is not a best position at the moment, so you cant do anything that's all.
It wouldn't be better for you and me. It might be better for some creatures. Some animals like chickens and cows would probably die off. Change always favors some at the expense of others. Frankly I like humans and am a proud card carrying member of the human race.
