My wife is like that. I jokingly say she is 'crazy with the heat'. It is not easy traveling with her, since she is so temperature sensitive. But since I love her, I guess I can put up with it. I have for 48 years. PS she is also very spoiled. That may have something to do with it.

In the meantime, I suggest you dress warmer and find a mate who understands.

Obviously there is a metabolic issue of some kind. The body has a mind of its own. The kinds of foods you eat may have something to do with it.

Some people like it to be very cool when they sleep, it is just preference.

check your temperature, i have a similar problem, i feel very hot when it seems like others don't feel hot at all. drink more water but if problem persists see a doctor.

So at night in the middle of me sleeping i all of a sudden get really really hot. I sleep right in front of the A/C vent with to fans around me the A/C and the fans are both put on high. Whenever someone sleeps over in my room they say its freezing cold to the point where i have to turn both fans off. But even with the A/C and fans put on high i still get really hot at night . I start to sweat big time. I don't know whats wrong with me ? Everybody says my room is freezing cold but honestly i don't feel it. I just feel very hot and sweaty. What is wrong with me ???
