The reason I'm recommending the book is that it is from a professional active in this field and it is really just everything you want in a report like yours, except that it is a very long report that you'd expect from a professional. But it is just an expanded version of what you want, targeted at the right level. So if you cut out a few items and pick up ones out of it you feel you can communicate well, then you have it.
Everything else is much harder to read, less focused, more cumbersome, etc. So this is my best shot for you.
first argument- Anthropogenic (man-made) CO2 emmisions into the atmosphere are off-setting the carbon cycle. This is supported through isotopic analysis of atmospheric carbon. Look up measurements taken at the Mona Loa Observatory.
second argument- CO2 in the atmosphere has a warming effect because it causes a thicker atmosphere. To illustrate this point- Venus has a higher average temperature than Mercury even though Mercury is located closer to the sun, because Venus has a thicker atmosphere.
third argument- Through geologic time, increased atmospheric carbon has correlated with increased temperature of the earth. Also, temperatures are now increasing at a much more rapid rate than ever before in geologic time.
Opposing views- honestly most of them are just a little crazy and have little value for the scientific method. However, some people point out that the earth has warmed in the past and it is all a natural cycle. It is true that the earth goes through cyclical warming and cooling events but not at such a rapid pace as is currently being observed.
Those aren't arguments, but topics. Would be better to have the counterargument in each paragraph on that specific topic.
One counter argument is that ice is increasing globally, it is too cold in Antarctica for ice to melt, and instead you would end up with warm water there evaporating and forming more ice. Sea level rise comes from the thermal expansion of water.
Not sure what you mean by climate change, as that is usually used interchangeably with global warming.
Indeed how are you defining global warming. That carbon dioxide causes the planet to warm?

It stopped being called 'global warming' since everyone assumed it would get hotter. The CORRECT term is 'climate change'. It is far more accurate.
There are shifts in the upper air streams which affect the deep ocean flowing, which shifts what's hitting the continents.
Add in the widening ozone hole at the south pole, the destruction of coral reefs due to the water temperature shifting out of the normal ranges, and flooding/drought shifts on the major continents, you have a lot to talk about.
Try getting your science teacher to do a side-by-side comparison on 280ppm of carbon dioxide in a greenhouse versus the same size greenhouse with 400ppm of carbon dioxide. If you can be really accurate with your findings, then you can let the world know what is really happening with CO2 increases.
