First, correct yourself. The term climate is not confined to a town or city. It is region wise on a world scale.Climate is the pattern of variation in temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind, precipitation, atmospheric particle count and other meteorological variables in a given region over long periods. Climate can be contrasted to weather, which is the present condition of these variables over shorter periods. Generally the climate of a town or city affects the life in the same manner as it affects the countryside. However, local conditions, specially when the atmosphere is polluted due to industrial or automobile exhausts may have slightly different effects on the life of in town .But that is anthropogenic (man made ) activity and nothing to do with natural climate/weather. In different region of the world houses are build according to climatic condition e.g. in rain fed areas, snow clad areas, deserts, quack pone areas and rapid wind velocity areas. Similarly type of clothing are also different in cold and hot areas. The fruits and vegetables are grown in a particular area depending upon the climate of the area. A vegetable of colder areas can not be grown in hot tropical areas and vice versa. in conclusion the climatic effect on life is not different to that of a nearby village.
