AlGore is the father of AGW movement. He made a movie about it, won a movie award, then got a Nobel prize. And wrote some books. He became the face of AGW. This was all the AGW cultist true believers needed to give AlGore all the credibility in the world until AlGore nutted up exposing his true hypocritical nature thus embarrassing the hell out of his AGW cultist followers. It's no wonder AGW cultists are in denial about AlGore now.
AGW Cultists love referring to the Skeptical Science blog even though it has been proven to spew fraudulent misinformation to promote AGW. Many of those scientists should sue John Cook for slander for lumping them into that 97% of all climate scientists believe humans are causing AGW lie. Even the name of that blog is deceiving. AGW cultists must hide their fanaticism.
As for the question, the answer is obvious that Dr. Easterbrook was more accurate. Hell, even the Farmer's Almanac is far more accurate than AlGore and most AGW cultists scientists working for various US government funded agencies.
I don't think either one of them are truly "right" at this juncture although on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being "wrong" and 10 being "right" Gore might rate a 3 and Easterbrook a 7, just for an example and my personal opinion notwithstanding in terms of the arbitrary ratings I just assigned as an example. There are people out there-and these guys may be two of them-who want to break everything down to a single point on the map (metaphorically speaking) and from there form unshakable opinions that tend to be at opposite extremes...either absolutely convinced that mankind is contributing to climate change or completely and 100% sure that nothing untoward is going on with global climate.
I just don't buy either opinion, and I am not arrogant enough to demand that anyone "convince" or prove something one way or another. At this point there remain too many variables and it is going to take longer than the past ten or fifteen years or going forward another ten or fifteen years. Politicians, pundits and paid consultants can offer up whatever they care to but until science itself unravels the mystery its all just blahblahblah ((then a blip of interesting and informative)) blahblahblah ((I&I Blip)) blahblahblah...etc.
Wasn't NASA's James Hanson...... Gore's science advisor during the early years of global warming evangelism?
Gore - and he is not (and has never claimed to be) a scientist.
