What do you know about Greenpeace?

Posted at: 2015-03-12
Never particularly relevant to global warming, even when they were relevant to other issues such as nuclear weapons testing.

I'm not sure that they actually know a lot about the environment, but I think they serve a function as political balance to the determined planet rapers.

A friend brought Paul Watson by my house once. I'm not sure that he is entirely sane, but it wasn't the most boring evening I've ever had, either.

Did you read Hey Dook's answer? Probably not - why start reading now, huh?

>>: "It doesn't matter what is true, it only matters what people believe is true."<<

And he is right.

It only matters that scientifically illiterate people believe that climate science and biological science are false before they believe that all science is false and your dream of a return to the Dark Ages will come true.

Enough to know they are a bunch of low lifes.

Quote by Paul Watson, a founder of Greenpeace: "It doesn't matter what is true, it only matters what people believe is true."

Sounds like a real nice guy.

Gary F: Apparently that 'F' stands for the grades you got in school. That quote of Paul's could only com from a con artist, a disseminator of propaganda, a flim-flam artist a person who only cares to get his or her way. It is reminiscent of Gobbels belief, and I quote, “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

A non-scientific propaganda organization comprised of idiotic tree-huggers who believe that they are on a mission to save the planet.

It is just business, whether they think it or not.

They need donations to operate.

To collect money, they need to stand out and/or make appeals to the public in some ways, such as dumping some huge garbage in the Arctic sea, slamming into whaling ships(It's not just Sea Shepherd), concocting false evidence of "environmental disaster" where none exist and so on.

Beware of this type of NGO's and NPO's. They are so full of it.

They risk their lives to save the whales. Many hate anyone who would do that and try to make them sound crazy. Whales are magnificent and it is amazing that people go to such lengths to save them. Many humans and I use the term lightly hate all life but somehow love human fetuses. Of course once human born, don't give a darn if they live or die. Humans are the whackiest people.

Bunch of Hippy Treehuggers and Drama-Queens , who have no idea how to combat effectively the Corporate Capitalist organisations they take on .

Typical Hippies doing anything they can for a meal and a bunk.

They want us all to live in yurts as Hey Dork does, change their minds whenever it suits them, same as certain warmies.

Exaggerate and lie, same as other AGW fanatics.
