The Earth goes through constant climate change cycles and has done so throughout its history. The exact mechanism is not completely understood but appears to be related to solar activity and the axial tilt of the Earth as it orbits the sun - not human activity. Note that the Earth is apparently at the end of the current warming cycle and should begin cooling soon (“soon” in geological terms).
Climate is long-term weather is short-term. One hot day is not climate change.

As much as I would like to put a "Hot Day" down to climate change to claim so only gives ammunition to the climate change deniers by over simplifying a complex problem. It's about as silly as using the current cold snap in North America by it's self as a case against Climate Change
We have hot years , cold years , drought , flood & all the in betweens . Of course the climate changes but the debate is whether or not human intervention is causing it & the scientists have no consensus on that one .
Climate Change is real and man made, one hot day doesn't prove it but decades of hotter then average winter temps does
