As for my "conspiracy theory", I am entertained that you think of this as a conspiracy theory.
GE DOES own NBC.
GE does gain a competitive advantage over its major competitors with CO2 reduction legislation.
If it is a conspiracy theory to believe that NBC might exaggerate AGW to help its parent company, then I guess I am a conspiracy theorist.
BUT, I was not aware that conspiracy theory involved people doing what is in their best interest. Here is another conspiracy. I saw a dollar lying on the ground and I picked it up. OH NO CONSPIRACY!!!

You will note that I have not yet insulted you in this post. I will give you time to confirm that you are NOT blocked and retract your statement. I consider this to be courteous in debate. You may want to ask yourself if you would extend me the same courtesy. Maybe you would, maybe you would not.

You can take if off or leave it on, your choice. And yes YA has been squirrely for me as well. I will not use this against you. That being said, in the future you should probably assume YA problems, as you have to do something pretty egregious for me to block you. Of the 3 people I have blocked, one went to every question I answered for a week and told people I beat my child. The other reported 20 of my questions and answers in the space of 1 day (all for "chatting", as if that can be clearly defined or defended). The third was Dook for less than a day just to make a point about addressing questions to people you block.
First, I am not saying that GE DOES influence NBC to overly cover climate change, since i do not have evidence of GE influencing NBC. Nor am I saying that AGW is not happening.
BUT, there is a very clear reason to suspect it may be happening. Further, this is certainly enough information to take what NBC says on the subject and do some fact checking.
My point is simple. When this becomes a "conspiracy theory", those two words are being overused and completely lose thier meaning.

I started reporting the scam being posted about how to win gambling. It is hard to initially see why that is a scam and you WILL lose money trying it, but when the casinos know about it and don't care, people should start to question it. Otherwise you need to throw a ton of profanity, or advocate violence or suicide to get me reporting.
My YA has been squirrley lately too. I digress but I went for a run this morning (before the sun) and a squirrel was acting kind of bizarre and I stopped and it was screaming at something that I couldn't see. I said aloud, thinking I was all alone, "Hey Mr. Squirrel, why are you acting so squirrely" and then I looked up only to see this lady jogger smiling at me. Boy did I feel like an idiot getting caught talking to a squirrel. Anyhoo.
