I've seen environmentalists resort to murder and get away with it. I'd say that is pretty sensitive.
I've seen many cry so hard that their bellies get sore from bellering (sobbing) so much. That's pretty sensitive.
Climate sensitivity stems from mothers IMO ("Be careful!"). Women are especially sensitive when it comes to issues of life and death which doesn't change the fact that they are both part of life. Being sensitive to issues that require intelligent thinking only complicates them. Emotions should never enter the picture when it comes to climate sensitivity. You will definitely change into an environmentalist if you get too sensitive. Just look at Hey Dook! The Dookster blocks people because he can't take it. Emotions seem to overwhelm him so much that he cybernetically kills people so they won't answer his questions. He probably has a "banky" too. His "temper tantrums" have become quite frequent which is an insult to his own intelligence.
Climate sensitivity is just another phrase for climate science to make environmental issues appeal as an emotional concept. The reality of the evolutionary processes being in control or even a higher intelligence being in charge, is just too much for these over-sensitive sorts to bare.
It has been shown to these people time and again that CO2 increases become less of a burden to the overall heat content of the planet as it increases. The carbon cycle and simple atmospheric dynamics will control our climate. They always have and always will no matter what people do. The natural environment of the Planet will kill all people. A fact of life. We only need to figure out the best way to get the most out of it. So far, people have been living longer since we learned how to use fossil fuels. A fact that climate science will never be able to deny.
I think 0.8C for a doubling, science says 1C but I think there might be some negative feedbacks
Well we have 1.2C from a doubling of CO2. With negative feedback, we can get below that. 50% feedback, would yield .75C warming. (1.2/1+1.2*.5)
