Even if AGW is causing unnatural damaging weather, how would you sort it out from the natural damaging weather?
How much blame do the foot draggers on measures that could have reduced or eliminated the problem get?
1) Nuclear could have begun replacing the electrical base load production at least as soon as the meltdown impossible designs were demonstrated.
2) Iron fertilization could have worked out all possible details and been implemented if desired in the last century (the first experiments were in the late 1980s!!!).
