Does climate change make some places colder than usual?

Yes, many places, such as the UK for example, will get colder winters (and hotter summers). It's largest to do with the Gulf Stream, which is a huge, complex and often delicate system of air flows (winds, if you like) between North America, South America, Africa and Europe, from pole to pole. these winds are created over both land and sea. Global warming is melting the ice caps, which is adding huge amounts of fresh water to the oceans, as well as making them slightly warmer. It only takes a slight change to alter the weather systems for 4 continents.

Only a few places will get colder during winter but as a whole the Earth is getting hotter as humans pump more CO2 into the already polluted atmosphere. Cattle farming is also creating a big issue, as methane (from cows farting) has a greenhouse affect 5 times more than CO2.

I could start going on a seriously long ant now, so i'll shut up. in answer to your question, some winter will get colder, such as in the UK and parts of the US. But none of this is set in stone.

On average, not that I am aware of. The thawing of the arctic ice cap is causing the pattern of the jet stream to change, to become wavier. In North America, where we have no east-west mountains to block weather patterns, that causes the jet stream to sometimes dip further to the south than would otherwise be normal. So arctic air is more often being forced further south, like to Arizona last month. But even with more blizzards in more places further from the poles, heat waves are also becoming more common in these areas and hotter temperatures are more common than lower temperatures.

Certainly there are places that are cooler in the past ten years than the 30 before, but the reasons are complex and not necessarily tied to climate change.

yes it makes places colder

it also makes some places warmer and humid

Yes, climate change makes places colder then usual.
