The Old Farmer's Almanac has Toronto with a colder winter than normal and the others have Toronto near normal temperatures for winter. Let us know how it works out for you.

And, it won't, unless the polar vortex dips as far south as it did last winter.
Since that was unusual, one would think that it'll probably not be as cold.
On the other hand, if the polar vortex was drawn down by the warming that has occurred, then it could be even colder.
And yes, that's what I said.
Global warming made it colder.
That is, warming caused rising air, which drew the polar vortex farther south, making it colder in areas where the polar vortex was particularly strong.
Interesting, isn't it.
The Old Farmers Almanac which has predicted climate for the last 200 years with amazing accuracy has said that this year the winter will be worse than last years record cold climate. Bundle warm this year!
