If it were even true that anything has changed the trend in 2013, no one would announce it until the data were released.

If you want specific data then you’ll need to do a bit of digging around starting from the first set of links I posted. Here for example are text files of the two main NASA records, dTs is land based stations whereas LOTI is land and ocean:

From the 10 year graph you can see that the temperatures have been more or less static over the last 10 years, in fact, it’s now about 15 years since there was any significant change in the temperature of the global atmosphere. Prior to that there had been significant warming. If we take the graphs back 30 years (the minimum period required for climatological observations) then we get this:

And if we go back 100 years we get the graph linked at [1] below, note that the UAH record is satellite based and only commenced in 1979.
Your question and the use of the word “released” suggests that you might be thinking the information was somehow leaked out. That’s not the case, the information is publicly available and if you have the right software on your computer you can download the full datasets.
In addition to the atmospheric heat, there’s also the heat in the oceans and data for this can be obtained from the NOAA [2].
A 10-year record is too short to identify the temperature signal No educated and honest person would claim to be releasing such data and only someone ignorant of science and global climate would think that such evidence exists.
Using the Wood for Trees site you can easily see that HADCRUT3 Unadjusted Global Mean, HADCRUT4 Global Mean and RSS MSU Lower Trop Global Mean will all produce a decline in temperature over the last 10 years.
Well not cooling, as the figures are far too manipulated (er I mean scientifically adjusted upward) to ever show that, but not even by fiddling the figures have they been able to show any warming for over 15 years, and that information is official and comes from many sources, including the pro warming UK Met Office and the very pro warming University of East Anglia, you know East Anglia Uni, source of climate gate and 'hide the decline' temperature fiddling scandal.

Notice, this chart stays far away from 1998 which was the year of El Nino, as some say that was such a confusing year that it messed up the calculations. Also, the chart uses RAW data. No card up my sleeve.
