Who else plays the "global warming denier" game?

Posted at: 2015-03-12
great game. easy to tell it's a denier. Many have distinct personality from delusional to fake skeptic and outright stupidity.

if the name is not included- how do you verify the name?

how many questions to get a score?

First I make a guess, then I open the question and look.

Jello makes it easier, he likely inhabits lots of such boards, pops in and posts a few, pretty inane questions, then moves on somewhere else.

Sagebrush tends toward irrational science.

Kano takes a branch of science and bends it.

Maxx chases conspiracy theories -- okay, that is a stretch, but not that much.

After a week or so, you'll have a pretty good idea.

Uh oh, just blew one.

"With global warming, does one bad prediction mean that the entire climate model is wrong and has to be discarded? "

Couldn't believe that even jello would be that silly. Thought it had to be sarcasm. My bad, he can.

Ian: "Mine are pretty easy to spot because I'm usually making fun of alarmists and I'm using facts from reality ..."

a) you don't post many questions, and it doesn't work with replies, so I don't have a good track record for you.

b) "facts from reality" ... Seems that there are many "realities" around here. Not sure that I inhabit, or want to inhabit, yours. :(

Mine are pretty easy to spot because I'm usually making fun of alarmists and I'm using facts from reality, something that alarmists HATE. Hey Dook and Jello are pretty easy to spot as well. When the Rothchild's aren't trying to silence Billy you can easily tell his questions apart.

Usually I dont bother, I just click where the name should be and find out, but some are obvious like you and Hey dook on the warmist side and Jello on the denier side.

Dear lord people, what is with the endless "global worming" threads? Haven't we stopped caring and moved on to the next season of crises? Surely by now there are other things to fear then forget as soon as they are inconvenient?

Now that y/a no longer includes the name of the question poster,

Look at the headline in the description,

and guess who posted the question.

Sometimes I forget, but when I remember,

I'm running 60%-80% correct on my first guess.

EG, "Is the greater thickness and mass in Antarctica proof that the planet is getting warmer?" JELLO.

What's your score? ;)
