1. decrease, increase.

2. stay the same, decrease.

3. increase, increase.

4. stay the same, increase.

I suspect this concerns hurricanes. Frequency is likely to decrease while intensity is likely to increase in a warmer climate. However hurricanes continue to remain a question when discussing this topic. dependent on the journal article you choose you can state various things. Most respectable journals, however, will state that they remain unknown but the current thinking os what I posted above.

Radiative forcing is the amount of additional heating caused by a component of the atmosphere (see greenfacts link).

Are you asking about hurricanes? With only a few exceptions, they don't live up to the Global Warming hype (see Anthony Watt's post from Dr. Ryan N. Maue). The world could use a little love instead of a death-wish to substantiate Global Warming.

I'm going to have to agree with Jeff, Right now today the answer is 1. However the answer may change depending on how many storms hit populated areas this year. Let's hope this year hurricanes kill enough people and cause enough damage this year to help increase the credibility of climate science predictions.

Yeh, I go with number 1
