If sea levels were continue to rise could major landmasses change shape?

Since sea levels are rising much higher than ever is it possible for continents to change their shape if sea levels rose to unknown heights

It would depend.Over what period of time is this happening? If its over millions of years...yes.However due to tectonic plate movement and erosion, the continents would look a little different. Even if the sea levels stayed the same.If sea levels changed over a shorter period of time, they would look different to us. The Appalachian mountains could look like islands, but the rest of the east coast would then be the continental shelf. The same as it is today (less people),but under water. So it would depend what you would define continent as.

Rise of sea levels is 'the greatest lie ever told'

The uncompromising verdict of Dr M?rner is that all this talk about the sea rising is nothing but a colossal scare story

The complex of ice-physics and the paradoxical mathematics that represent it, show tides will be 100 feet in difference, around the same average. Therefore with advanced cartographics of coastal areas , simple programs will show you how Europe puts its boot on each morning and will show why the kid its having with Africa will turn out to be Indian. Be careful! Thousands of real estate agents may drown in the Gulf of California daily. Egyptians and Muslims can play chicken with the Moses they supposes and reenact ending slave society. After all, they'll be able to turn some pyramids back on...finally.

What the heck. Thirty feet more and the house I just lost will be covered.

Yes, this is absolutely possible, and is even expected to happen.
