President Obama just gave $1 billion to a 'Climate Resilience Fund". What for? Will there be an accounting for that? No! In December of 2012 President Obama gave the UN $100 billion for Global Warming. Where did that money go? How did that money help GW or anything else?

Kerry did a much better job of Secretary of State than Hillary. I had to give him some credit when he tried to stop Assad in Syria but the whole administration is so bumbling and incompetent, America has become a laughingstock as an enemy and an unreliable friend.
