In 1997 , the Mad Monk was obviously salivating when his PM Howard signed Kyoto , claiming it a win for the environment & Australian jobs.
In 2007 the Mad Monk was visibly orgasming in his support for an ETS that his party took to the election.
He subsequently had a divine revelation whilst driving a car & decided that climate science was crap - admitting also that never bothered actually reading any of the science.

No it doesn't mean that, it does mean that, that like the pause in temperature maybe our climate is not as sensitive as scientists first said.
Jungle Jim I think that Tony Abbott is making the right move on carbon tax, one year of carbon tax did nothing to reduce CO2 but it put a dent in your economy, and I respect people who can change their minds when situations change, it's those that keep saying the same crap, because they are unable to admit they might have been wrong, that irritate me.
