The science exists independent of the economic models. So I have to assume you are asking about the solutions to AGW. The solutions are "conservation" and "manufacturing of renewable energy generation". Both can and do exist regardless of which system (or mix of systems) we use to organize our economies, so the answer to the question as posted can only be; No.
Or are you going to argue that a capitalist economic model should ignore science and would allow for the dumping of waste products into the environment, while a socialist economic model would allow neither?
