Wars against leading climate emitters like China and India and the rest of the developing world may be the only solution to keeping CO2 emissions levels down to the level that scientists say is needed to stop global warming. Europe and USA have had lower emissions over the last ten years. Not enough, but clearly you can't achieve the result they want if the developing world is increasing emissions, as they collectively emit more than 60% of CO2 emissions. I believe Nostradamus predicted just such a world war.
I have never heard such a statement. Do you have a *source* on that, or is it just blather?
I consider it... moderately likely that global warming, at least if unaddressed, will lead to resource wars over things like clean drinking water or good farming land or pasturage, especially among poor countries. But fairly unlikely that it would trigger something like a world war, unless things go more pear-shaped than I anticipate.
