You ask: "Is Global Warming causing more and stronger cyclones?"

No.... we are experiencing just the opposite.

Climate change, it has changed dramatically over many years. To claim that a few years of storms is something new is not an indication of human global warming. When I was a kid a half century ago it snowed all the time, then it stopped and it still isn't the same as it was.

Global warming does not cause more extreme weather, such as cyclones, it just makes it more likely to happen more often and to be more severe. Human-caused climate change is not determining the outcome of the weather "dice roll," but it does "load the dice."
