Can renewable resources be used in underdeveloped countries?

Yes, location doesn't matter. Actually, it's very likely the countries which are underdeveloped now will start using renewable resources as their energy supply system is developing now and they're looking into future, while in developed countries, the energy distribution system is already built and it will take some time to transfer it to renewable resources.

Of course they can.

A question for those who think that they must use hydrocarbons like the U. S. and European nations did; Do underdeveloped nations need to drive the Ford Model T? Do they need to use vacuum tubes to build computers that fill a room and have less computing power than a smart phone?

Perhaps we should send them blue prints for the Wright Brothers' plain, Thomas Edison's patent for the carbon filament bulb and scripts for the Little Tramp's silent movies.

Yes of course they can if they wish to remain undeveloped,

If you want progress, prosperity, and higher incomes, you need cheap reliable compact energy sources, and renewable's are not.

You must be American.

How about you use up your own resources and leave others alone unless they ASK for your input.

Yea except they are extremely expensive, not practical, and not efficient.
