Light-duty vehicles represent 19% of CO2 emissions in the USA. Not that we shouldn't find ways to be more efficient with our cars, but it's not the place to find a solution in some fraction of a fraction.

Cars make polution and if some one has more than one car then they make twice the global warming, I think Obama should make a law so that no one can have more than one car, or a garage with more than one space in it, so that they can only have one car.
