Why are Amazon rainforests having the highest concentration of CO2?

As well as part of Africa.

These forests consume huge amounts of CO2 and also produce huge amounts with plant decay, it is just part of the natural cycle,

Compared to nature man does not produce much CO2

Because 97% of all co2 comes from sources other than man. The major source of co2 is from plant decay and their is a lot of decay in a rainforest.

Presumably because of so much deforestation.

kano has it right except to mention nature recycles, unlike burning coal that was stored for millions of years. this has changed the concentration from 300 to 400ppm.

As well as part of Africa.
