The tropical zone has the most profusion & variety of life for 12 months of the year & the 2 temperate zones are somewhat schizophrenic. friendly & productive in summer months & potentially deadly in winter months.
As a human you can live anywhere on Earth you choose.
So take your pick.
Depends on what kind of weatherr you don't like. I would stay away from the coast line tho.
It depends what you like. If you would like to vacation in the Sahara Desert, or Antarctica, go for it.
I would stay away from areas that receive hurricanes, typhoons and tornadoes, the why is pretty obvious.
