Not anywhere in there does it state anything about the war being a result of 'AGW'. It does state that climate change primed the country for war though. This is pretty much what realists have stated will happen as drought increases. There will be a war for commodities in nations that do not have enough money or have too much power to affect their population.Of course trying to draw you back from your personal chaotic beliefs to reality has always been a problem. The 2006-2011 drought 'primed' the country for war. It did not 'cause' the war.

Climate has been a factor shaping human societies throughout history. Few if any major social or political developments can be said to be "due to" climate change.
