life on earth would flourish. Temperate zones would transform into rain forests similar to the amazon river basin and arid zones would transform into temporate zones. Rainfall produces vegetation growth. Once a ecosystem over a wide enough area acquires enough vegetation growth it can actually change weather patterns. Some say this is unlikely to happen but it has happened in the past during periods much warmer than it is now. Fossil evidence proves this.
Once we adapted we could get most our energy from hydro dams.
A LOT of floods.
I doubt that that is going to happen.
So if a place gets like 4 inches of rain a month then they'll get 12 inches a month
