The people who show 20 year charts and claim there is no global warming aren't much different than the people who walk outside in the cold and claim there is no global warming. Climate changes are studied over hundreds, thousands and millions of years.
All 196 nations in the United Nations, including the US and China, just concluded their meeting in Peru last night. In an unprecedented move, there was tentative agreement among all 196 countries to limit carbon output. Never have we seen such agreement on any issue. It's not a perfect agreement according to the world's climatologists but at least we are finally all on roughly the same page.
