How much Arctic Ice would need to melt before low lying areas such a the Netherlands became flooded?

most of the arctic ice is ice floating on water, so it's the wrong question. Greenland and glaciers melting on land is where most of the sea level rise come from. A small amount is due to thermal expansion of ocean water.

Arctic sea ice already displaces its own weight in the water, so any sea level rise would be due to the warming of the water and not as a direct link to the melting of the sea ice.

Much of the Netherlands is already below sea level. Ask the boy with the finger in the dike about Antarctica instead.

None because melting ice does not increase water level.
