Why are the days getting longer and does Global Warming play a role?

That's purely a matter of the Earth's tilt. The shortest day and longest night is the winter solstice (which is December 21). The longest day and shortest night is the summer solstice (which is June 21). If it's after the winter solstice and before the summer solstice, days will be getting longer; otherwise, they'll be getting shorter.

It has nothing to do with global warming.

Summers becoming (effectively) longer *is* a result of global warming, however. We reach summer temperatures earlier in the year, and keep them until later in the year.

Daylight savings. Nope, nothing to do with Global Warming

not global warming. it was because of the japan earthquake. it rotated the earth 5 degrees off its axis.

Too stupid to live
