As far as the con-artist Al Gore, who nearly flunked earth science when he was in school, his lies do not surprise me. His propaganda movie "An Inconvenient Truth" was full of bald faced lies. Like the Polar Bears were drowning, or the Ice Caps were melting, or the oceans were rising --- all lies. In fact a court of England ruled the movie was so flawed that it could not be shown to school children without a disclaimer.

And of course not a single climate scientists (or scientist of any kind for that matter) appeared in his movie. What scientist would dare to destroy their own reputation?.. by appearing to support that movie that was basically one long continuous lie from beginning to end.
Gore has gained enormous wealth from spreading his lies, I expect he will keep on telling them.
