It's real and it's happening, but it is too hard, or too expensive, or too inconvenient to do anything about it apparently. Some people even pretend that it is not real despite all the evidence.

But just wait, pretty soon New York will be under water or it will be 110 degrees or a blistering drought or mind blowing storms and when it affects them personally everyone will be like "Ooh this sucks, I wished we'd starting doing something about this incredible global mess back in 2014."

I guess you'll need the temperature of the earth. Why not try an experiment?

Take a thermometer and bury it. Take readings every day. Try to figure out what the reading would be if you buried your thermometer somewhere else and in different years. Use your computer to make a graph, and then show us your result.

Here's another experiment:

Using the principles of thermodynamics deduce the likely temperature of the earth. Change some of the parameters and come up with another possible temperature. Compare the results with your buried thermometer. Readjust your parameters until your model matches the observed result. Claim success.

Here's another:

Add more CO2 to the air around you, and watch the result on your buried thermometer.

Write up a report on what would have happened with more insolation. Or with more insulation. Or something.

It is an over hyped exaggerated topic, CO2 can only cause minimal warming on it's own, it is only with the nonexistant B.S. positive feedbacks can it be a problem.

The science is actually pretty weak, as born out by the failure of computer models to successfully model it.

A scam perpetuate by evil con artists.

Quote by Martin Keeley, geology scientist: “Global warming is indeed a scam, perpetrated by scientists with vested interests, but in need of crash courses in geology, logic and the philosophy of science.”

Quote by Tom McElmurry, meteorologist, former tornado forecaster in Severe Weather Service: “Governmental officials are currently casting trillions down huge rat hole to solve a problem which doesn’t exist....Packs of rats wait in that [rat] hole to reap trillions coming down it to fill advocates pockets....The money we are about to spend on drastically reducing carbon dioxide will line the pockets of the environmentalists....some politicians are standing in line to fill their pockets with kick back money for large grants to the environmental experts....In case you haven’t noticed, it is an expanding profit-making industry, growing in proportion to the horror warnings by government officials and former vice-presidents.”

Quote by Will Happer, Princeton University physicist, former Director of Energy Research at the Department of Energy: “I had the privilege of being fired by Al Gore, since I refused to go along with his alarmism....I have spent a long research career studying physics that is closely related to the greenhouse effect....Fears about man-made global warming are unwarranted and are not based on good science. The earth's climate is changing now, as it always has. There is no evidence that the changes differ in any qualitative way from those of the past.”

The only way to stop it, is if we close all factories, stop all cars, literally if we get back to the stoneage witch is impossible. We can't stop it. We will reach an endpoint sometime in the next 100 years, and after that we will start to rebuild, nature will heal itself.

The Sun dominates. But in the last half century, while the Sun grew bright, the globe warmed.

Theory and data indicate the the cause is most likely the CO2 added by mankind.

it is a bad thing

as we humans just use to much fossil fuels and cut down to much trees, which causes to carbon dioxide to rise

global warming will be a very worse thing for us

it is real but you should go direct to a science sourcesuch as climate.nasa.gov or a university science library.

there are many deniers here on YA who deliberately deceive or outright lie.

Nothing lasts forever, not even the cold november rain. But we still gotta do what we can, for our children n their children.
