Your teacher is probably looking for answer 'a' but in reality, none of the answers are correct.

There is NO **man-made** Global Warming and there has never been any.

What global warming? It's been cooling for at least 12 years according to HadCrut3 & HadCrut4 is nearly flat. http://www.woodfortrees.org/plot/hadcrut...

According to RSS Satellite data there has been no warming for more than 18 years.

The greenhouse effect is natural, it's the enhanced greenhouse effect (caused by gases produced by man made processes) that causes global warming.

A is true, you can think of green house gas as the glass windows in a greenhouse. they don't actually create heat, they just trap the suns heat from leaving the greenhouse like a one way valve(heat gets in, but not out) same is true with earth, greenhouse gasses can let the suns radiation in but prevent the heat from leaving.

A. They are not the same thing as global warming can happen naturally.
