Which biome does global warming effect most?

Please no rude/ disrespectful answers, I'm already having a bad day, don't be a jerk.

None, there is no Global Warming

Top climate scientists say there is no man-made Global Warming.

The Great Global Warming Swindle

There has been more warming near the poles, so polar biomes like tundra are most affected--in particular, because there is really nowhere for the biome to shift to in the event of warming, so it will simply shrink or change instead. Other biomes, like deserts and forests, can shift location without, in the long term, actually changing all that much.

Regional effects of global warming are long-term significant changes in the expected patterns of average weather of a specific region due to global warming. The world average temperature is rising due to the greenhouse effect caused by increasing levels of greenhouse gases, especially carbon dioxide. When the global temperature changes, the changes in climate are not expected to be uniform across the Earth. In particular, land areas change more quickly than oceans, and northern high latitudes change more quickly than the tropics, and the margins of biome regions change faster than do their cores.

Hi Nina.

I do not believe we are having global warming, however if we were Jim z is correct in saying polar regions would warm the most, however he is wrong saying deserts might become dryer I suspect they would become slightly wetter.

More CO2 could alter our biome's, more trees are likely to grow in grasslands (savannahs) because most trees are C3 plants which like CO2, as opposed to grasses (C4 plants) which are adapted to low CO2, and more shrubs could grow in the Tundra

I think the only one that may be significantly affected is the polar biomes. Greenhouse gases theoretically would warm the polar regions more. I am not convinced our CO2 emissions are to blame but if they are, then it would seem that tropical and subtropical biomes haven't been significantly affected. Desert biomes might become drier if that is an affect of a warming world.

Hello, not being rude or disrespectful: But there is only one Biome: Earth.
