Global warming does no actually cause storms. A warmer atmosphere is capable of holding more moisture and water vapor is the fuel for storms. This allows for more frequent, more enduring and stronger storms. This does not mean that every storm will be all or any of these. Just that the potential will exist for them to be so due to the increased water vapor in the atmosphere.
It doesn't cause storms. However, the amount of water vapor in the atmosphere is partly determined by the Clausius-Clapeyron relation, which gives the equilibrium vapor pressure for a particular temperature. The higher the temperature, the higher the vapor pressure and the more water vapor in the atmosphere. When water vapor condenses into clouds it releases heat, which can drive storms. Thunderstorms and hurricanes are examples of storms driven by heat release from water vapor condensation.
If there is more water vapor then that can help drive these storms.
In contradistinction, there are other storms driven by temperature differences (baroclinic storms) like cold and warm fronts. In a warmer world there may be less temperature difference between equator and poles, and these storms may weaken or the storm track may move poleward, or both.
If the place is very hot, it's surrounding place becomes very hot due to this reason, the air surrounding becomes very hot and goes to upper level and that causes the the surrounding place has very low air. By the way Air has nature of flowing from higher pressure to lower pressure. So the surrounding place is feel immediately from other place where the air pressure is high. It becomes storms.
It doesn't --- not if you are talking about **man-made** Global Warming -- because it does NOT exist.
