I also don't think you really understand the rate of sea level rise. Beach front homes are ALWAYS threatened by the ocean, and the rate of sea level rise will not change that threat significantly over the period that most people own homes. I do think most people that own homes on the ocean are naive about the threat it poses, but that's true whether or not they believe in global warming.
You may be thinking of Al Gore, whose home is actually NOWHERE NEAR SEA LEVEL. More mathematical illiteracy from you.

Well, that is just the rich global warming supporters. Majority of the middle class has to live with the rich that are too arrogant to realize that something is very wrong with our climate. All my life I had grown up in California and I would say I am moderate leaning liberal; but it amazes me how much greenery red states have than any city in California.
