Bangladesh is a living country, formed by the silt and sediment of the Brahamaputra and Indus rivers, it is a delta, which means it is growing and eroding and also subsiding.
As long as those rivers flow Bangladesh will always be a country, whatever sea level does.
It happens all the time during cyclones, floods, hurricanes, monsoons, earthquakes. Seem to hit Bangladesh, but not India which surrounds it on three sides.
Sea level rise is gradual, and Bangladesh will adjust to that. The bigger loss of life will come from higher energy prices that the Greenies wish to place on them, denying them the luxuries available to Greenies, like washing machines.
Dinajpur, Purina, Sylhet, there's a lot of land well above the Padma River.
It wouldn't *greatly* surprise me if Pakistan takes them in.
Though evacuation of refugees tends to be... suboptimal for all involved. Better if we can just slow the sea level rise so no one needs evacuation...
Rich will go to somewhere safe with plenty of comfort and poor will suffer or die.
If Obama is President, I am guessing Arizona.
Tibet.
