Ummm, no it doesn't settle the debate, if anything it is a comedy sketch with more laughs than science. He says early on that it doesn't matter what the people think about it if its true but then says that " we'll if 97% of scientists believe it must be true, 400 years ago 99% of people thought the world was flat dose that make it true, and the 97% he came up with is a complete scam it's probibly more about 50-50, I don't know the exact numbers but I know I've read many articals disputing it. And bill nye the science guy is not an expert on global warming.
The Earth has been changing climates on its own natural cycle for as long as it has existed and will continue to change long after we no longer exist. Humans have abused the earth and disrupted the natural order by polluting the planet with toxic chemicals , destroying nature and by putting a hole in the ozone layer . You can't cause so much destruction and expect there to be no consequences . The Earth gave us life and we are all lucky to be able to live here.

There are 31,000 scientists who have signed a document clearly identifying themselves and clearly stating that they know AGW is bogus. So to be truly scientific you must come up with a 97% proportional list of scientists who are willing to sign on. But you in truth are satisfied with 75 out of 77 highly selected and nameless scientists. Oh what a low threshold of truth you are satisfied with. A true scientist would never be satisfied with that and in fact would consider it garbage.
