They are young earth creationist, they will do whatever it takes to keep people ignorant in their desire to have more people accept their religious dogma as fact.
My issue is not with religion itself. Even though they both call themselves Christians as I see it Climate Realist is more Christ like, while Sagebrush comes across as a Nazi and/or if you are a Christian, the anti Christ. My issue is with the religious extremist, who make the ridiculous argument that because their holy book says one thing and science says something else, then the science has to be wrong. However if they can leave their religious dogma out of science and do not use their religion to dictate who consenting adults can and can not marry, I usually leave their religion private.
If they defunded temperature measurements, we wouldn't know about the pause. And for all I would have known, the warm weather which Edmonton, Alberta, Canada might have been happening everywhere.

Obviously we wouldn't, but moreover, there are a whole lot of other reasons for measuring temperatures than global warming. These are just ridiculous questions, comments and etc. from people who are not thinking clearly.

stopping measuring is not going to stop the problem anymore than firing scientists in Harper's Canada.
