It melts the ice, which makes it warmer because water absorbs more light.

It melts some tundra, which releases some CO2, which makes it warmer.

The fresh water could mess up the gulf stream. That could mess up life in the ocean an on land.

The ice is melting in the arctic. The temperature is rising. There are no other view points based on facts and science.

When the ice melts, dark land begins to appear which absorbs more solar energy and makes it warmer in the Arctic. When this happens many organisms become in danger.when the ice melts sea levels rise. This is very bad because 2/3 out of a billion people are in risk of Rosing sea levels.

I'm not going to do your homework for you, but I will get you started: the key point that makes global warming so devastating is the melting of ice, and the introduction of fresh water to salt water oceans.

Salt water is heavier than fresh water, and will sink upon arrival of the fresh water. This will play havoc with ocean currents--the key determinate of the world's climate.

Within the arctic, the melting of ice amounts to habitat destruction for every form of life, and the exposure to sunlight and resulting warming within the Arctic Ocean will upend the food chain.

Easy, huh? ; )

Melting ice = Polar bear habitats being destroyed

Global Warming was turned off Naturally after 34 years, man made climate change would destroy life on earth. It takes time for earth to return to normal. Mike
