What are some ledc countries?

Lecd means low economically developed countries. This means a very undeveloped country. Somalia would be an example of a Ledc. An example of a mecd (more economically developed country) would be England or china

Quote by Ottmar Edenhoffer, high level UN-IPCC official: "We redistribute de facto the world's wealth by climate policy...Basically it's a big mistake to discuss climate policy separately from the major themes of globalization...One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy. This has almost nothing to do with environmental policy anymore."

It is a country that receives money to supposedly uplift its citizenry so that they will develop green power.

So this is how it works. A small country, we'll call Slobovia, with a tyrannical government is to receive money. OK. So Australia gives the UN $100,000,000,000 to spread out to countries like these. The UN immediately takes their cut of 90% and distributes the rest to these LEDC countries. Slobovia gets $500,000,000 which the tyrants buy arms and pay terrorist or just plain spend the money on themselves. The just might go out and dig a well for about $2,000 and pay a PR firm $50,000 to show how much they appreciate the money. But it does nothing to improve AGW, even if AGW was true.

It is all about wealth redistribution, and that is a tenet of Communism. Thanks a lot 'saviors of the world' for leading us down that road.

Somalia,

Kenya, sierra leone, india

Well said Sage.
