Do you think Climategate or Clitanic does more to discredit the global warming agenda?

Elizabeth: Corrupting data is fraud. I know how you like to change the language, but corrupting data which we can never recover is fraud, no matter who or how many committees whitewash the action.

What did Phil Jones apologize for, if the data didn't get corrupted for any reason?

Both actions will be whitewashed and discredit will be minimal. The pattern is there, written decades ago. It has proven effective so far and I don't see any change in the future.

Joseph Goebbels,

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

Notice in particular, "It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie"

All evil forces will combine to whitewash this event too. And they will be using our money to do it.

1. Global warming is not an agenda. Global warming is something to be avoided.

2. "Climategate" was the stealing of emails in attempt by the fossil fuel marionettes to discredit climate scientist. Since they cannot challenge to the science itself, they attempted to shoot the messengers. As Elizabeth has pointed out, every investigation process cleared the scientist of any wrong doing. I repeat, every investigation process cleared the scientist of any wrong doing. - Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climatic_Re...

Clitanic adventure? Another play on words? A new catch word for denial industry buffoons? In other words, more garbage from the marionettes for us to wade through.

Stop cherry-picking the news you want to hear, and research from a variety of sources. I think you'll find that you may be wrong about this whole situation.

Remember that the more sources you read from, the more likely you are to get the correct information. If you're only reading/watching news from a handful of sources, chances are they're all biased.

Read everything and form your own opinion based on actual facts and data. Discover the truth for yourself, and never, never just regurgitate an opinion someone else told you as fact without doing your research.

Climategate - please post your sources. As far as I recall, something like 11 different bodies examined that issue and no fraud was found. So which source are you referring to?

Clitanic - please post your source suggesting that all ice, everywhere, has vanished according to AGW proponents.

In Climategate we had scientists caught red handed fudging data and manipulating charts to hide temperature declines, while in Clitanic we had similarly inept scientists who foolishly believed the Climategate guys that the planet is warming.

In the Climategate case we have obvious fraud.

In the Clitanic adventure we have over-the-top buffoonery.

Which does more to discredit them and spoils their agenda of shutting down the fossil fuel industry?
