Does global warming mean we wont have any real winters anymore in the uk?

I too love the winter. Sure, some of it is harsh but overall it's so much better than sweltering heat.

Nothing beats cool, crisp, fresh air and a gentle blanket of water crystals.

Unfortunately, the amount of pleasant winters are growing thin but while weather is erratic we'll have plenty of them in our lifetimes

Earlier this century, it was reported that in the UK within ten years, 'Children just won't know what snow is.' The planet hasn't been warming for nearly 20 years.

NOW, when the UK has floods it is because of AGW, when they have droughts, it is because of AGW, when they have cold winters, it is because of AGW, when they have mild winters it is because of AGW.

In the past when the UK had floods it was because of nature, when they had droughts, it was because of nature, when they had cold winters, it was because of nature, when they had mild winters it was because of nature.

Man has obtained that amazing ability recently to be so arrogant that they think they rule nature. That pollution known as SMUG has managed to spread across the world.

I remember reading that the UK has had some severe winters this decade.

GW will mean warming in many places around the world. Not every place will be warm, in fact Britain may see more snow depending on the movement of the Thermohaline amd how that impacts the gulf stream

problematic thing check out at yahoo or google that can assist

probably, at least you wont have snow to trip over

im 36 and a real winter fan, but ive noticed over the years the winters here in britain get milder and milder.....plus i heard that global warming is responsible for that?

so does global warming mean that we won't have any ice cold winters anymore in britain?

to be honest i hate summer and miss the real winters of old.
