Which scientific academies or journals have claimed Atlantis, Bigfoot, Dracula, and ghosts (in the "In Search Of&am

Another true scientist bashing attempt by the Dorkster. Let us open it up to all.

Is this question legitimate or another 'environmentalist' attempt to rewrite history?

Alarmists will believe anything as long as it promotes collectivism.

Here's what they believed in the 1970's.

The largest and most prestigious is the Journal of the Society for Psychical Research which has been publishing continuously since 1884.

http://www.spr.ac.uk/page/spr-publicatio...

There are dozens of other journals and newsletters. Here is a list:

http://psychicrevolution.com/paranormal-...

I'm sure you can find whatever you are looking for in these journals. Paranormal research has been going on at places like Duke University and Yale for a long time now.

There might be some merit to these after all, more than 97% of crypto zoologists believe BigFoot is real, more than 97% of paranormal psychologists accept ghosts are real. Since dookster isn't a trained crypto zoologist or paranormal psychologists he has no right to go against these scientists

Dracula?

You are wrong, as so often. This "question" was ALREADY "opened up" for anti-science posters by Maxx here: https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index...

In fact you already ANSWERED IT THERE!!

But, I couldn't, because Maxx blocks me. That was why I posted my question (not copied verbatim)

https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index... which you have stolen and copy-pasted verbatim here (omitting the context, however, as always).

This tit for tat silliness appeals to your juvenile mentality, but is pointless, especially since YA has frozen the BA tally that is the focus of your life. (A hundred of my questions copied verbatim by you means a hundred more BAs for your anti-science buddies, but not if the YA Random Number Generator Based Computer Program fails to keep an accurate on-going tally).

The key differences between tit and tat are

(1) I do not copy other people's questions verbatim, as you have close to a hundred of mine.

(2) You are inverting reality in this case, as anti-science cultists so often do. (Speaking "Ha Ha Ha" of your idol, Goebbels.) The actual science bashing here comes from Wattsup & Co. and the copy-pasting of your rival-for-most-ignorant-poster Maxx. I am merely exposing it. No one would know from Maxx's copy paste or your stolen version of my exposure, that Maxx is pretending (or believes, in his True Scientist wisdom, in that "question" of his, "Climate Experts believe the next Ice Age is on it's way?," based on that cherry-picked video excerpt) that Leonard Nimoy was NOT narrating a SCIENCE program, but rather a TV program on "mysterious phenomena" and the "paranormal."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_Search_o...

the "forerunner of 'info-tainment."

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074007/

(3) I am not here on this site in the first place, as you are, to spread sixth-hand copy-pasted anti-science garbage of the dumbest sort.

Here is the truth about the "1970s Ice Age Scare" for anyone who is still confused about it:

Here is the anti-science grab bag of deceptions the fossil fuel industry serving denial machine uses, and passes down to the lowest level of copy-cat deniers here:

http://www.skepticalscience.com/argument...

Here are the actual top scientists (U.S. National Academy of Sciences):

http://books.nap.edu/openbook.php?record...

“Climate change is occurring, is caused largely by human activities, and poses significant risks for a broad range of human and natural systems.”

http://www8.nationalacademies.org/onpine...

“Choices made now about carbon dioxide emissions reductions will affect climate change impacts experienced not just over the next few decades but also in coming centuries and millennia…Because CO2 in the atmosphere is long lived, it can effectively lock the Earth and future generations into a range of impacts, some of which could become very severe.”

http://www.physics.fsu.edu/awards/NAS/

“The Academy membership is composed of approximately 2,100 members and 380 foreign associates, of whom nearly 200 have won Nobel Prizes.

Members and foreign associates of the Academy are elected in recognition of their distinguished and continuing achievements in original research; election to the Academy is considered one of the highest honors that can be accorded a scientist or engineer.”

wrong category. should be reported
